Two bombs explode at Kurdish political party offices

Two branches of the Kurdish problem-focused Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) were the target of bomb attacks today.

A loud explosion rocked the second floor of a building housing the local HDP office in Adana. In Mersin, a potted plant, which arrived on Sunday, exploded when it was examined today.

Dogan News Agency reports that there would have been more casualties had party officials not suspected that the pot contained a bugging device and left it on the terrace outside.
