Two people who arrived in North Cyprus from Turkey are facing legal action for failing to remain in quarantine before receiving their PCR test results, Health Minister Dr Ali Pilli said yesterday.
By failing to self-isolate without knowing if they were free of Covid-19, they had endangered public health, Pilli said.
