1427 delegates are at the Ataturk Sports Hall in Nicosia to cast their votes for leader of the UBP. The two candidates are Prime Minister Irsen Kucuk and Dr Ahmet Kasif.
The voting started at 10.30 am this morning and will be processed in groups of 20.It is expected that the voting process will be completed around 3pm.
Security around the building is heavy and the press which had managed to enter the sports hall, were detected and are now excluded from the building.
