The UBP in Nicosia yesterday, issued a protest against their party leader Irsen Kucuk.
They said that the party had had a disastrous showing at the recent elections and that Kucuk should resign immediately.
Instead he was making undemocratic decisions and sacking his party’s MPs and staff with no consultation or reasons given.
The Nicosia branch of the UBP went on a march against the UBP head office to protest against the shabby treatment by Mr Kucuk.
All UBP party members and sympathisers were invited to march with them yesterday afternoon.
