The laying of the water pipeline under the sea between Anamur, Mersin district in Turkey and North Cyprus is 53% complete, Project Manager Birol Cinar has said.
As of last Friday 42.1 of 80 km of pipeline had been laid and weather permitting, it is still hoped that the pipeline will reach North Cyprus by 20th July, he said.
