Wastewater treatment plants, operating in Kyrenia, Yeni Iskele and Famagusta are discharging untreated sewage into the in the sea, a report in Turkish Cypriot daily ‘Vatan’ says.
The Chamber of Environmental Engineers said that feels it it has a responsibility to share this information with the public because of health risks.
