Victims of fraud committed by convicted criminal Gary Robb can take part in a legal action now the National Crime Agency has seized £1.5 million cash from Robb.
After nine year of battling in court, the High Court has invited victims to claim a share of the seized money.
Applicants have until the end of June and Chief Chancery Master Marsh has said those claiming a payout would need to prove “what proportion of the monies in the account belongs to each of them”. Full story in ‘Daily Star’.
