The TRNC assembly is expected to approve the agreement signed between North Cyprus and Turkey to establish a Youth Coordination Office for the Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sport.
A few days ago the agreement was approved by the relevant assembly committee.
Demonstrations and actions against the approval of the agreement by those who fear the loss of independence over how TRNC sport is managed, have been taking place for the last two days outside the parliament’s building.
