A man lost his life in a traffic accident on the Akdoğan-Vadili main road last night. Three others including a nine-year-old boy were injured, Yeniduzen reports.
Around 8pm last night, 32-year-old Burak Sefa Ürüm tragically lost his life in a head-on collision near Özugurlu Oto Lastik. While driving he allowed his vehicle to veer across to the right, when he struck an oncoming vehicle.
Ürüm was rushed to Famagusta State Hospital, where, despite all efforts, he died from his injuries.
The driver of the oncoming vehicle, Ismail Kaya (45), along with passengers Ayşe Bayır Kaya (44) and Mustafa Efe Kaya (9), were transported to Famagusta State Hospital for treatment.
