Covid Testing In Last 24 Hours Finds 89 Positive

In the last 24 hours, 23,042 tests for the coronavirus were performed, 89 people tested positive, 73 of whom were local, Yeniduzen reported.

The distribution of new local cases is as follows: Nicosia – 30, Kyrenia – 32, Famagusta – 9, Iskele – 1, Lefke region – 1.

There are 46 people undergoing treatment at the Pandemic Hospital, six of whom are in intensive care.

The total number of cases is now 22,510 and there have been 88 deaths linked to the disease.
