An earthquake was recorded at a magnitude of 5.2, approximately 65 kilometres off the coast of Antalya, Kumluca region, according to the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) website.
The quake was determined to originate 40 kilometres deep, offshore Antalya.
It is reported that tremors were also detected in the TRNC.
