Health Minister Dr. Ali Pilli stated that 27 positive cases of Covid-19 had been detected in the last 24 hours, 17 of which were local. One person was transferred to intensive care.
In south Cyprus, there were 178 new cases of Covid-19 reported in the last 24 hours.
The total number of cases in North Cyprus is 1,971 and 11 deaths from the virus. In the south, there were a total of 29, 742 cases reported and 176 deaths from the virus.
