The Met Office has released the weather forecast report for the period from April 20 – 26.
According to the report, low pressure systems will bring cool and humid air today. However, for the remainder of the forecast period, a high pressure system will bring warm and humid air to the region.
Today will be partly cloudy with scattered thunderstorms and showers in some areas, along with localised fog in the morning hours. For the upcoming days, there will bea mix of cloud cover.
Temperatures for the first half of the period, inland areas will range between 28-31C, while temperatures on the coast will be between 24-27 C.
Later in the forecast period, both inland and coastal areas will see temperatures around 34-37 C.
Winds will be moderate to occasionally strong from the south and west in the first half of the period, while they will blow moderately from the north and east in the latter half.
