Health Minister Dr Ali Pilli said on Wednesday that 1,465 tests for Covid-19 were performed in the last 24 hours and no positive cases were encountered. Meanwhile, 22 people were discharged.
Case numbers were low in North Cyprus while the country remained in lockdown, but began to increase when flights to the country resumed at the start of July.
