The Met Office has said that a system of low pressure will cause temperatures to rise this week with highs up to 39 C inland, AnjansCyprus reports.
Temperatures until 30 June will be between 29-32 C on the coast and 36-39 C inland.
Winds will be moderate to occasionally strong from the south and west.
